Our service pledge to our Rehabilitation Residents
We encourage and assist each resident in achieving his or her independence. Our Rehabilitation Team, comprised of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists will work 1-on-1 to develop a specific and individualized plan of rehabilitation under the direction of the resident’s physician. This team approach assures each resident will regain the necessary skills to return home or to reach his or her highest functional level.
