At Vierra Falls Church, we are the premier provider of 24-Hour nursing care for long-term care residents as well as rehabilitation of residents recovering from strokes, orthopedic surgeries, and other injuries and illnesses. Furthermore, we offer hospice and respite care services to residents who desire the individualized excellence offered by an independent facility. We are here to cater to your every need.

We encourage and assist each resident at Vierra Falls Church in achieving his or her independence. Our Rehabilitation Team will work 1-on-1 to develop a specific and individualized plan of rehabilitation under the direction of the resident’s physician to assure each resident will regain the necessary skills to return home or to reach his or her highest functional level.
